This is an offering designed especially for the prenatal woman. It is a three part series meant to be experienced as one moves through THE WAVE of their pregnancy. Vinyasa means to place in a special way; its is often considered as a sequential wave. Pregnancy is divided into trimesters or a beginning, middle and end. During each trimester yoga can support a mother to be and her body's needs. This workshop encourages women to mindfully care for themselves and nurture their growing babes. What better way to support your needs than to greet each phase of pregnancy with movement, breath, meditation, and community.
This workshop series will be offered the third Saturday of the month from May-July from 10:30-12:00.
*May workshop from 10:30-12:30 and includes the postpartum planning from The Wave 3.
